How Facial Liposuction Fixes the Problem:

Excess pockets of fat in the areas of the face and neck beneath the chin are removed.


What to Expect:

Liposuction is performed by inserting a slender tubular instrument (cannula) beneath the skin through a tiny incision. The incision is usually located below the chin or just behind the ear lobe. A suction apparatus connected to the cannula removes the unwanted fat cells.


What You Will Notice:

Immediately, you'll see a more youthful, tighter jaw line. Jowls and double chins disappear. You can return to work after 5 days, but don't resume strenuous activities until about 10 days. Any swelling will subside over several months, gradually revealing your new look.
